I was called 3 times in a row; I never answered and they never left a message (it's a Minnesota number). Then I called them; the phone was answered by a "Magic Jack customer is not available, please leave a message" voice mail system. I didn't leave a message. Then not a minute later this whiny weasel called me back from the same number stating he had papers to serve to a person regarding a complaint against them and whose contact info included my phone number (the person's name that he used was someone I know). When I asked him why he hadn't contacted that person, he replied that he had (I called the person; the weasel hadn't ever called them). When I told him I wanted to know what the complaint was, and that I wouldn't help if I didn't know (I wouldn't have helped him, anyway), he hung up. So I called him back and demanded to know what company he worked for; his response was "VASO Locating". When I pointed out that he should do his job since he worked for a locating company, and not harass people for information via the phone, he hung up. So I called him back, he didn't answer (go figure...), and I left HIM a message (won't tell you what that was but I doubt he'll call me again, ever; maybe I'll call him, though...). This is obviously a scam so don't give ANY info out, no matter what they say. Any company, agency, etc., will identify themselves immediately, not dodge details trying to get info from you.

Phone call today saying I had a legal action comming against me and were trying to serve me. I told them I know how legal action works and the hung up on me.

Called saying someone (not me) had legal issues. I explained it was not me they wanted and the they hung up on me!
